After an earthquake destroys
their Bel Air estate,
a workaholic lawyer mom, her
producer husband and their two children
head for a cabin in the Sierra
mountains. But the cabin is just a shack in a remote wilderness area
and the family is dysfunctional --
so they find they must confront
their relations with each and
use every city skill they have
to survive. In the process,
they discover passion
in their lives.
