'The Garbage Barge'

It is based on
the NY garbage barge that almost sailed around the world
to find a home for its cargo.  An ensemble cast of 20
in the same vein of  "It's A Mad,
Mad, World".

The characters follow the barge for a variety of reasons;
Phil is searching for the raincoat that his compulsive wife threw out
containing a $40 mil. lottery ticket, the mob has used the barge
to get coke to Florida, two cons escape a floating jail and use it
to high tail out of there, and many other
wonderfully rich
occupants.
