. . .
Two long-time friends,
TIM and JOSH,
traverse L.A. one night by car, from downtown to
Marina del Rey.
They encounter a cornucopia
of L.A.’s strangest folks,
including old hippies, cultists, Trekkies, drunks,
yuppies, cops, and tourists.
Meanwhile,
Tim’s girlfriend MIRANDA
tries to find her confused teen sister AMANDA,
who happens to be involved with
the aforementioned
old hippies.
Eventually,
all of these parties get mixed and matched
in their minds, cars,
and identities.
