A 50's crimefighter
escapes suspended animation to confront life
in the 90's.
"The World's Playground"
provides the backdrop for this action-comedy
in which a mild-mannered telephone lineman uses his phone-travel power
to battle crime in the 50's
and early 60's.
His career is put on
hold however
when he's trapped in a switchboard for over
thirty-five years.
Eventually released,
he discovers that his best gal and best pal have twelve grandchildren,
his arch enemy is subverting the Internet for the crime of the century
and the future he was expecting to be "The Jetsons"
instead turns out to be "Beavis
And Butthead".
