Brian Spencer,
an Everglades cattle rancher,
witnesses the crash of a disc type aircraft,
and rescues one of
the passengers.
He later discovers
that the rescued victim is an American
from the year 2047.
A day after the crash,
USAF investigators come to his ranch to question him.
Brian talks to them, but he conceals
the existence of the
survivor.
Later,
information concerning the survivor
is leaked to the press, and is seen by
the investigators.
Citing national security
concerns,
the investigator attempt to hunt down and kill
anyone with first hand knowledge
about the crash.
