AGREEMENT :

By placing an order with us the client enters a binding agreement which continues until the goods ordered are delivered unless the order is terminated in writing before delivery is effected by either party.

Internet Flowers and Gifts agrees to provide services to the client in good faith and to a standard consistent with published details this stie. In return , the client agrees to pay the amounts quoted for the relevant service .

Credit Card Surcharge

We do not make any surcharge for purchases made by credit card.

Variations

Internet Flowers and Gifts reserves the right to vary any aspect of this agreement, or any services, including prices, at any time. Any variations become applicable immediately after publishing on this websiteunless otherwise specified. Internet Flowers and Gifts agrees to notify the client of any variations which may affect the client as they occur and it will be deemed that the client has accepted any such variation unless a notice of termination is received. At all times the current agreement applicable to all clients is the agreement published on this page.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated for any reason by either party at any time via an email notification. The client agrees to pay any outstanding amounts owing, as at the termination date, within one day of termination.

Non-Australian Clients

Clients living outside Australia are requested to email us to convert our prices into their currency using the currency convertor at www.xe.net prior to commencement of service.
