Andrew initially trained as a chartered accountant with a top 10 UK practice working within audit and corporate recovery. He has since spent seven years, placing, networking and partnering with the best Procurement professionals in Europe and more recently Australia.
Within sourcing circles Andrew has held events which are designed to increase the understanding of the value that true strategic procurement can bring to organisations. He has also written articles and been quoted in CIPS Magazine, European Leaders in Procurement and the Sunday Times.
Andrew’s approach is to focus on "doing the right thing" knowing that in business; ethics, integrity and consistency will also bring long term commercial success to all parties. Andrew is also a keen career coach and enjoys assisting with the professional and personal development of his team and contacts.

Tania’s fascination and commitment to procurement development started around fifteen years ago in the United States. After finishing her MBA at Pennsylvania State University, Tania became one of Alcoa Inc’s first global commodity managers. Within the centralised procurement group, she was responsible for developing a global cost reduction system, selecting and implementing the company’s eProcurement system, management of a US$100M pipeline of electronic auctions and developing tools and templates for procurement professionals around the globe.
Prior to moving to the USA, Tania’s career was focused on marketing roles within Alcoa Rolled Products, Saatchi & Saatchi and the Walt Disney Company.

As the Managing Consultant of the Melbourne office, Brendan specialises in recruiting senior procurement roles and represents major corporates in the telecommunications and services sectors. Brendan has quickly become recognised for his insightful industry knowledge, and his integrity and commitment throughout the recruitment process.
Previously a legal specialist, Brendan recruited senior lawyers on behalf of premier law firms, corporates and government organisations. Brendan has expertise in conducting executive search assignments and psychological assessment. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science Psychology and is currently undertaking postgraduate study to become a registered psychologist.
Natalie brings with her over a decade of recruitment experience across the UK and Asia-Pacific.She works as a member of the leadership team at The Source and is responsible for our service offerings across New South Wales and Queensland.
For the last 3 years Natalie has been sourcing and subsequently placing a range of procurement professionals across a number of blue-chip organisations throughout Australia and Asia. Her personal procurement network and candidate reach is deep and specialist across her region of responsibility.
Natalie has the ability and techniques to optimize the talent management process and utilizes innovative sourcing strategies to ensure clients are supplied with the best candidates. She prides herself on the ability to create long term mutually beneficial relationships with both candidates and clients alike and to deliver optimum outcomes. Natalie believes her consultative approach and her honest, transparent relationships are the key enablers to her success.

A Consultant with The Source, Rob Lisle is responsible for the placing permanent and contract procurement professionals across New South Wales and Queensland. When engaging with Rob you can expect an honest and consultative approach, with a view to establishing long term partnerships.
Rob has spent over two years successfully recruiting procurement and supply chain roles at all levels and has built a strong reputation for ethics and customer service.
Prior to his career in recruitment, Rob spent 4 years working in procurement and has experience as a Procurement Specialist and Contacts Manager. This sets Rob apart from most recruitment professionals as his technical procurement knowledge ensures he has an enhanced understanding of client requirements and is able to effectively identify the best talent available.
Lisa is an experienced member of The Source team who has proven performance in marketing and communications strategy, public relations, brand management, marketing operations, and procurement consulting.
As Group Marketing Manager, Lisa is accountable for the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategy across both The Source and our sister company, The Faculty. Lisa is particularly interested in creating remarkable brand campaigns which position our businesses as thought-leaders in the procurement and recruitment professions.
Lisa formerly occupied a consulting role at The Faculty working across a variety of sectors and projects and was also responsible for facilitating The Faculty Roundtable program, managing the delivery of the Asia-Pacific CPO Forum and has authored a number Roundtable Research projects and contributions to CIPSA publications.
Lisa has also spent time working in the Brand and Sponsorship team at the National Australia Bank, where she contributed to the execution of the award winning ‘Break Up’ campaign. Prior to joining The Faculty, Lisa worked as Contract Advisor to the Commonwealth and Victorian State Governments.
Lisa has a Bachelor of Law from La Trobe University.
As Group Marketing Coordinator for The Source, Alex assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns comprising of both digital and paper-based components. She is been heavily involved in the creation of content for The Source monthly eNewsletter and is responsible maintaining the website and multiple social media platforms. Alex’s role further extends to include the development of client presentations, proposals and the preparation of tender responses.
Some of Alex’s notable achievements include the creation and publication of 2 thought leadership research papers entitled –Onboard and Bravo, the management and coordination of sponsorship and networking events, as well as, the timely delivery of electronic newsletters. She has worked closely with senior management to increase the adoption of social media within the organisation and continuously focuses on building the brand.
Alex graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts – majors in Marketing and Chinese Language.
Alice brings a broad range of skills and experience to her role as a Resource Consultant at The Source. Responsible for developing and maintaining an extensive candidate network, Alice is focused on building the procurement profession amongst the Gen Y community. She provides support to senior members in the team and is involved in candidate screenings, interviews and reference checking and administrative duties.
Her background in resourcing and administration has helped develop her strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability. An effective time manager, Alice is able to prioritise her tasks and execute them to a high standard.
Alice has a Diploma of Human Resource Management and Business Administration from the Australian Business Academy (ABA) and was also the recipient of the ABA Leadership Award in 2012.
