Andrew initially trained as a chartered accountant with a top 10 UK practice working within audit and corporate recovery. He has since spent seven years, placing, networking and partnering with the best Procurement professionals in Europe and more recently Australia.
Within sourcing circles Andrew has held events which are designed to increase the understanding of the value that true strategic procurement can bring to organisations. He has also written articles and been quoted in CIPS Magazine, European Leaders in Procurement and the Sunday Times.
Andrew’s approach is to focus on "doing the right thing" knowing that in business; ethics, integrity and consistency will also bring long term commercial success to all parties. Andrew is also a keen career coach and enjoys assisting with the professional and personal development of his team and contacts.
Alex recently graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts, majoring in Marketing and Chinese Language. During her studies she developed a strong interest in the field of procurement whilst undertaking subjects which focused on supply chain and logistics.
As a Resource Consultant at The Source, Alex is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the business through building both client and candidate networks.
Antonia started her recruitment career in 1993 in South Africa. Antonia has since worked in London, Leeds and Melbourne. Antonia has 9 years specialist Procurement experience and has long held good working relationships with CIPS, GPA and CIPS Australia.
Antonia founded Vertical Talent in 2004, a new recruitment business to meet a need for specialist Procurement Recruitment services in Australia. It grew to become a national provider with a handsome list of clients from both the private and public sectors. Vertical Talent was acquired by Drake Australia in October 2008. Antonia has also worked in an H.R advisory capacity to Procurement departments assisting in human capital research, planning and strategy. Antonia is a regular contributor to the Recruitment industry speaking at both local and international conferences. She works closely with both the RCSA (Australia) and APSO (South Africa) and in 2010 she was once again the Key Note Speaker at the Association of Personnel Services national conference in South Africa.

Tania Seary is the Founding Chairman and former Managing Director of The Faculty.

Tania’s fascination and commitment to procurement development started around fifteen years ago in the United States. After finishing her MBA at Pennsylvania State University, Tania became one of Alcoa Inc’s first global commodity managers. Within the centralised procurement group, she was responsible for developing a global cost reduction system, selecting and implementing the company’s eProcurement system, management of a US$100M pipeline of electronic auctions and developing tools and templates for procurement professionals around the globe.
Prior to moving to the USA, Tania’s career was focused on marketing roles within Alcoa Rolled Products, Saatchi & Saatchi and the Walt Disney Company.
Tania has an MBA and a Bachelor of Business.
Natalie brings with her over a decade of recruitment experience across the UK and Asia-Pacific.She works as a member of the leadership team at The Source and is responsible for our service offerings across New South Wales and Queensland.
For the last 3 years Natalie has been sourcing and subsequently placing a range of procurement professionals across a number of blue-chip organisations throughout Australia and Asia. Her personal procurement network and candidate reach is deep and specialist across her region of responsibility.
Natalie has the ability and techniques to optimize the talent management process and utilizes innovative sourcing strategies to ensure clients are supplied with the best candidates. She prides herself on the ability to create long term mutually beneficial relationships with both candidates and clients alike and to deliver optimum outcomes.
