We email confirmation of receipt of orders during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9 am till 5 pm. Saturdays 9 till noon. If you fail to receive confirmation of your order within a reasonable amount of time please contact us.

Please note we do not deliver flowers on Sundays or Public Holidays.
