Our German Investor Group will package projects into slates of four to ten. The slate being $US 15M to $US 150M each. The parameters are:

• Any Genre
• Must have a Business Plan
• Must have International appeal
• Must be capable of attracting International stars
• Must have Stars LOI or at least a Wish List of stars
• Must have budget in place. If P & A is included that's a bonus
• Must be capable of obtaining worldwide distribution
• Must open in the USA first
• Must have clear copyright chain available
• Must be available for all forms of exploitation worldwide
  
• Must have Completion Bond available or able to get Completion Bond
  
• Must be able to be filmed in Germany or England
• Must have known director attached or at least LOI
• Must have Distribution Agreement in place or at least LOI from Distributors
• Production must not have begun.
